The people - Every member of the BlackSigma team has over five years of property investment experience - unrivalled in the industry. Our Managing Director has worked for many leading blue chip companies such as Reuters, The NASDAQ Stock Exchange and Lehman Brothers investment bank. Our Acquisitions Manager has (over the last five years) sourced for two of the largest property investment companies in the UK and ran a succesful portfolio trading agency. All members of our team are also keen property investors and have existing portfolios.

Goals - The BlackSigma aim is to open and define an entirely new marketplace in the UK where people can buy and sell entire property portfolios worldwide. This will be achieved through the greatest diligence in our research and through building long-lasting relationships.

While the uk is still a very strong and reliable market, there are also opportunities to make incredible capital growth and yield in overseas property. Whilst there are many 'property investment companies' out there, there is a lack of product/options for bigger investors. For investors who want to buy property portfolios as an investment it is still a struggle. Some specialist estate agents or investment funds companies may offer a small proportion of property portfolios but not to a professionally high level or with the kind of due diligence/experience which is necessary to ensure the properties will be profitable.

WHY THE NAME -  BLACKSIGMA?

BlackSigma stands for the sum of all parts, meaning that we not only deal in entire portfolios but we also bring all parts of a property equation into one smooth transaction.  With Sigma being used frequently in mathematics we also thought it symbolic with what we are trying to achieve, these property transactions are for financial gain not emotional decisions as a home would be.  Remember its all about the numbers!
