We are looking to establish long-term, mutually beneficial and profitable business relationships. There are two ways that you could work with BlackSigma:

 

As an AFILIATE


  • You will work for (or run) a property investment company and have clients who have an appetite to invest.

  • The first stage is to ascertain how BlackSigma can help you. After a brief chat with one of our Portfolio Managers, we will know what projects you would like us to source for you.

  • We will then provide you with white-labelled promotional material that can have your company’s branding on it. This will allow you to maintain and progress your brand image.

  • Our affiliates have complete control over the sales process and will deal with their clients exclusively. However, our Portfolio Managers will be on hand to assist you when you require.

  • COMMISSIONS: We offer commissions on a sliding scale linked to performance.


As an INTRODUCER


  • You will be looking to supply BlackSigma with prospective clients who are interested in investing in real estate.

  • Prospective clients will be qualified and you will have all of their necessary details (including their contact details; the sorts of projects they wish to invest in, and; an idea of their investment budget).

  • The sales process will be handled by BlackSigma or one of their affiliate organisations.

  • COMMISSIONS: Aggressive commissions can be achieved depending on how involved you will be with the sales process.
